These are academically outstanding students who are in great financial need.  One hundred percent of funds raised  will go directly to scholarships. Due to Covid-19, this year CSF had to cancel their two major fundraising events, its Gala Dinner hosted by Croatian American Cultural Center in Sacramento, CA and its Golf Tournament in the SF Bay Area. CSF,  <a href="http://www.croatianscholarship.org">www.croatianscholarship.org</a> has been in existence for over 30 years and is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization. Our Board members all serve as volunteers, reside in California, USA and oversee the operation of the organization including student selection, student academic monitoring and distribution of scholarship funds. CSF maintains very low administrative overhead in order to maximize its funding to students. CSF’s finances are audited annually and a tax report is submitted to the IRS. CSF has helped hundreds of Croatian students achieve a college education, many of whom would not have been able to attend college without this assistance.
