Blankets and Coats for Homeless

Hi! I’m Emily, and I’m a social worker at a hospital in Jackson, MS. The holidays are already a difficult time when you’re experiencing homelessness, and it’s further compounded by the frigid temperatures. Due to Covid-19, many of the local homeless agencies and shelters are either not in operation, or are operating at a significantly lower capacity, leaving many of our homeless citizens with even fewer options for safe shelter and warmth. I would love to partner with local shelters and agencies to be able to provide coats and blankets to as many people in our community as possible.
