Hello Family & Friends,
Our family would like to thank everyone who immediately responded when my daughter and husband almost lost their lives in a devastating car accident. Family, friends and complete strangers did not hesitate to support with prayers, monetary considerations, and anything that was necessary to help at this life changing point in our lives. My daughter Je’Anna has miraculously recovered from her immediate injuries and is soon delivering a healthy baby..Unfortunately, her husband Joe has not recovered in the same manner. He struggles with a brain injury which we have no indication will improve enough for him to regain any real quality of life. He also has not regained the physical capacity to take care of his rudimentary needs. He has remained in a state which requires 24 hours care. It has been suggested to us by his Doctors that his best possibility for recovery would be two folds. At this point he would benefit greatly from being placed in a family setting with a full time care giver to monitor and assist with his many medical conditions. This would come at an exorbitant cost which we could not cover. Our initial goal is 80, 000 dollars which would cover a year’s expenses. We could asses his needs and progress at that point. We would greatly appreciate any help in facilitating this goal as this young mans life could hinge on this next pivotal year.

We hope you are having a good day so far. Our family is reaching out to you on behalf of our loved ones, Je’Anna and Joseph Besabe.
On Monday, October 26, 2020, which was also Je’Anna’s 24th birthday, she and Joseph got into a terrible accident. Their car was totaled, their puppy named Storm who was also in the car with them died, and they were both transported to UC Davis Medical Center to be checked on and cared for.
At the hospital, the doctors informed the families that Je’Anna and Joseph were both in critical conditions and are currently in the intensive care unit. Joseph went through over eight hours of brain surgery. He is currently intubated and his brain functions are still in question. Je’Anna has a broken neck, multiple spinal fractures, a broken arm and wrist, lacerations on her liver, and punctured lungs with a drain in her left lung. But even with all of what has happened, Je’Anna’s unborn baby girl is miraculously stable and we are very thankful for that!
Our family is very hopeful, but we are need of prayers and financial help. Je’Anna and Joseph also have two toddler daughters. They are a young family, and starting over is not going to be easy. Their family lost their puppy which is irreplaceable, they lost their car that they just got, and they will have medical expenses to worry about.
Please help us relieve them from their loss by making a donation and sharing this with others. Any amount will be very much appreciated.
