Lift up the family of Jon Pierson

So I worked with Jon, not at the same company but in partnership between our companies here in North Carolina. In my first year on the job, Jon not only showed me the ropes, encouraged me when I was doing well, but set me up for success and handed me new business with no expectations in return. This is who he was. He did the right thing, helped others, gave without a reason.
     
      Jon passed away in his sleep last week. This kind of loss is always hard on a family, I say, maybe extra hard on the Piersons.  See Jon's wife Jennifer, has some health stuff making it really hard for her to get through the day, let alone work, especially enough to provide for a family. Jon leaves behind his wife and 6 kids, 2 adult age, 3 in college and 1 in 8th grade at home still. Sucky thing is come the end of this month, this Easter Sunday, Jon's family has NO INCOME, NO INSURANCE & NO CAR ! (can't keep the company car when you don't work there anymore)  .........  This pisses me off, not at the company he worked for (they will do more than most), just the shitty situation his family is left in. They are hurting , grieving their dad & husband, last thing they need to do is worry about food, where to live, how to get places. 8th grade is hard enough, let alone without your dad, nor these kind of worries.
     
      This brings us to this gofundme, Jon was an action taker, he'd be the first to jump up and help someone, so that's what I'm doing. Jumping up to help the ones Jon loved dearly. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Jon's family.  I set a goal to raise $2,000 by Sunday April 1st, 2018 . Will you join me by giving $5 ? $25 ? $100 ??? I hope so.
