Jerry Dresner's Retirement Surprise

Donation protected
THIS IS A SECRET.  DON'T RUIN THE SECRET.

Jerry Dresner gave 21 years of his life to help educate, advise, coach, amuse and continuosly (when he wasn't napping) support thousands of students, athletes, and co-workers.  Help him get get to a place that he's never taken a nap yet, Hawaii.

I know he's coached many sports teams, taken students to New York on Model U.N. trips (for which he NEVER ONCE earned a dime), advised Mock Trial Teams and It's Academic Teams and written hundreds of letters of college recommendations.  All of that in addition to preparing thousands of students for AP Exams.   If he helped you or someone you love or made going to school enjoyable---please consider making a donation (whatever the amount).  If you want to donate anonymously (PLEASE any current students) you can send a message to me and I will share it with him. You can also reach out to him privately, but only after the surprise is revealed to him on June 12 (in the afternoon).  I will make him aware of the site for him to read messages AFTER June 12.

If you're reading this, you probably know Mr. Dresner---and might not know me.  My name is Ethan Goodman and I was one of Mr. Dresner's students in his first year of teaching.  I have been lucky enough to work with him for  the past 14 years.  I was the keynote speaker at his Teacher of the Year Ceremony and I've spent hours and hours laughing with him about anything school or non-school related.  He is a national treasure and I will miss spending my school days with him.  As long as I've been a teacher, he's been by my side.  I figured this was a good way to let him know how much he will be missed by the entire school community.

My mission is twofold. I want to raise enough money for his trip to Hawaii.  (If we pass the goal, that would make his trip even better!)   I also want to help all people who know and love him to demonstrate  (albeit financially) that he remains near and dear to their hearts.  Wouldn't it be great if we could get hundreds of people to make his dreams come true?  You know how he loves to dream.
