Austin’s battle

15/3/2018 Little Austin was born into a loving caring family with Mum Amy and Dad Andrew by his side, he was soon greeted by his adoring brother and sister Archie and Abby! 
Austin was reaching his goals and milestones, then he started getting a bit of reflux and playing havoc for mum.  Amy thought things were a little strange when he went of his food and started getting a temp! 
Up to the hospital she went where they monitored him for the night but they referred him to see a pead when they got home the next day for further checks! 
This is where there life would change! Back home they took him to the hospital. I remember getting a phone call at 12:38am it was Amy! Her words were “they think he has Leukemia” 
my heart broke, I was speechless! What do you say to your best friend except for I am so sorry, and I love you! 
This begins the journey of the next 12-24 months. 
Austin has been diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL-B cell)
Today is day 3 of a long process of treatment where Amy, Andrew and Austin will call home at Lady Cilento hospital! 
As this is such a devastating time the last thing they need to worry is to stress about finances! I have set up this page to help relieve some of this strain!
