The Putnam County Middle School family on behalf of Mrs. Louella Mathis is asking for your help.
Mr. James Curtis Mathis is the spouse of Mrs. Louella Mathis, a faithful and dedicated employee of the Putnam County School System of 24 years. James was diagnosed with Stage 2 Prostate Cancer during a routine medical check up in early June. He was advised to take five weeks of chemotherapy, which he did. On October 28th James received a seed implantation as a form of radiation therapy for prostate cancer. With this treatment, James’ prognosis is good.
The past several months have been challenging for Mr. and Mrs. Mathis. With the help of your donation, they will use the funds to go toward copays, medical tests, doctor’s visits, prescriptions, and any other out-of-pocket costs related to his condition.
