Jazzy's hit & run surgery :(

On Dec 3rd Jazzy was hit by an SUV who drove off after doing so without offering any help, the result of this accident is a fractured hip that is out of place and needs to be reconstructed, also an out of place pelvis. Jazzy is my grandparents dog and they are retired, the vet bills are looking to be anywhere from 6000$-9000$ depending on severity and they will continue with follow up appointments. If you are able to help in any way it would be greatly appreciated, Jazzy is only 3 1/2 and means the entire world to them.
