Jaysen Funkhouser's Memorial Fund

On October 23rd, the world lost an amazing man. Jaysen Funkhouser was taken tragically and suddenly in a motorcycle accident when he lost control in a turn. He was only 43 years old and will be missed by many. His smile and laugh was infectious and he had a way of lighting up the room. He was always helping those around him and he was always there if you needed help. Even if, all he could do was listen. He had a way of saying the right things when you really needed to hear it.


He was a great father, son, brother and dear friend to me and so many others. I have been lucky enough to have been his friend for the last 27 years. He leaves behind a beautiful daughter Jennah, who is only 19 years old and lives on her own.  Jaysen  has been helping Jennah with her bills and paying a portion of her rent. She is now responsible for handling all of his affairs on top of finding the extra money to support herself since Jaysen didn't have life insurance and did not yet have savings put aside for Jennah's future.


Jennah was Jaysens whole world and his one dream was to put his little girl through college because her life dream is to become a teacher. We all know that we could use more teachers especially someone as caring and passionate as Jennah. 

All of the donations will go to Jennah so she can pay for the funeral expenses and Jennah's college fund. 

Jaysen, we will look after your little angel! 

So lets all pull together as one big family to support Jaysens little girl, because we all know that is exactly what he would have wanted.
