JAYLEN HEART FUND

Hello everyone, im starting this GoFundMe for my 14 year old nephew Jaylen . A few months ago he passed out and hit his head and began to bleed so my family took him to the hospotal where the doctors monitored his heart. They found a heart abnormality which later turned out to be a heart condition called Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome. He will now have to undergo surgery, the total cost of the surgery will cost over $25,000 . The $6,000 deductible has already been paid and we are now left to pay the remaining 10% copay which is $3,000. We are asking for assistance to help pay for the cost of my nephews surgery. Anything helps .
