Support Jay Guerrero's Medical Costs

As some of you may know, my dad, Jeremiah Jay Guerrero recently had his left leg amputated. Anyone who knows him, knows how much of a fighter he is. He is a loving son, husband, and father. He is the music minister at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Palacios, Texas. He also runs The Guitar Academy out of his home, teaching the youth of Palacios how to play the guitar. Jay has overcome illnesses that doctors thought he couldn't. In fact, in 2015 he had a very bad case of pneumonia and his doctors said we had less than 24 hrs left with him. However, by the grace of GOD, he overcame all of it. Over the next several months, he will be traveling to and from Houston every week for appointments, purchasing a prosthetic leg, and of course attending dialysis 3 times a week per usual. We appreciate anything to defray medical costs, but more than anything, we appreciate prayers. God is our true healer, and has helped us so much!!!Thank you so much! God bless you all!Lydia GuerreroSalina GuerreroMashelle Seaman
