Funding for Jay Chin's family

Jay Chin was a loyal friend, a great brother, and son. But there was no doubt his favorite role was being a loving father. After passing away unexpectedly, his family asks anyone who is able to make a donation in any amount to Jay's children, Ian and Angelina.
