Jay Barcalow's Recovery Fund

Dear friends and family,
    Many of you know, that for years, Jay has been suffering from an infection due to his diabetes. This has cost him his job and has severely crippled his ability to work.
Recently, after another trip to the Emergency Room this month of August, our family was informed that the infection had dramatically got worse and spread to the point where it was life threatening causing his organs to fail. This lead to the only option to save his life, amputation of the right lower leg.
   This is life altering for our family and is so stressful at this time in our lives. We will all be there for jay, to give him the support and love that he needs . As for now, medical bills are tremendous and insurance only pays for a portion, and there more to come with  his recovery and rehabilitation. We have no idea if or when he will ever be able to go back to work, he has the hope and drive to do so. Yet no idea no how we are going to pay these bills, much less survive on one income.
    We are extremely thankful for anything you can donate, and for all the prayers you sent for Jay's recovery and health, and our family. The love and support of our friends and family truly is a life line, and much needed right now.
