Jay Pearson's MS road to recovery

I want to share a journey my family and I are travelling on, however there is no tropical destination. We are hoping to find that magical pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
Just before Jay turned 18 we discovered the "hardwire" in his auto immune system was misfiring and he was diagnosed with diabetes type 1.
Fast foward to 2018 and now he has had to accept MS is now part of his life.  However as you cannot beat this disease, he has decided to have a stem cell transplant which will hopefully trick his auto immune system into auto correction.
This is where we need your help please. 
As a family we are financially supporting Jay throughout this, however  after a long stint at the Olivia Newton John Wellness Centre here in Heidelberg he will have a long road ahead. The next 9-12 months of recovery will consist of rebuilding a brand new immune system, inability to work, regular sports theraphy and clinical rehab to rebuild muscle tone & ongoing medical expenses.
