Jay Ortiz Medical/Family Expenses

On Sunday April 8th, 2018 Jay's life was forever changed in the blink of an eye. While working he was struck by a forklift driven by a temp driver who was acting carelessly. As of today Jay has undergone 2 surgeries with several more to come. He has lost 2 inches from his leg thus far and still in fear of losing his leg. Jay does not know if he will ever be able to work again at this point. Jay's wife Tara has her own painting business and must continue to work while Jay is in the hospital to provide for the family. Jay covers the entire family with health insurance from his job. There will be many costs coming up associated with medical bills and family expenses without Jay's income. Jay has 3 small children and a wife that depend on him. The family will appreciate any and all donations that are made.
