Jaxson's Kidney Transplant

At age 8, Jaxson was diagnosed with Alports Syndrome, a rare genetic kidney disease that causes kidney failure. His grandfather, and great grandfather on his biological mother's side had the disease, and they died from it in their mid to late twenties from complications with Alports.
At 26, he's a father of our little girl and has worked hard to give her the world, but now he needs a kidney transplant. Those bills pile up, even with insurance, and the costs of medication, transport and lodging are looming over us. Not to mention the medical bills that we've already accrued from two years of dialysis.
Your donation would turn the tables for us, ensuring the best possible care he could get. This transplant would change and save his life, right now he does Peritoneal Dialysis and is hooked up to a machine for ten hours a night, a transplant would give Jaxson his life back, and allow us to keep making memories together for many years to come.
