On Nov 4, 2022 my brother a was gunned down by 3 JSO officers who claimed they only fired their weapons once each. However Javon sustained 6 shots. 2 to the head, once In the arm 2 in his back and finally his chest. His body was tortured. He underwent surgery but never woke up. Because he chose to donate his vital organs to someone in need he remained on the ventilator for 4 excruciating days where his family had to watch him slowly deteriorate. We dealt with it because it was important to be able to allow him to do something he was passionate about and that was helping someone else. Javon leaves behind a 4 year old son that adores him, a mother that still greaves the loss of her middle daughter, and a sister that saw him as her hero. We’re asking and even pleading with the community for help. All we need to do is lay my nephews father to rest in a way that his son believes his dad isn’t Suffering.
