Jasys Kidney Transplant Journey

Jasy Donald is a 14 year old girl that is full of life, plays volleyball, and has a  beautiful soul. She was recently taken to the hospital due to an extremely high blood pressure of 184/95 and a low hemoglobin. The doctors began running test and have come to the conclusion after a kidney biopsy that her kidneys are 90% scarred and have 10% function remaining.  She had surgery to place 2 dialysis ports and remove her ovary containing a mass. She will be on dialysis until she can receive a transplant. Any funds donated will go to help with hospital bills, travel to and from MUSC, medications,  hotel expenses and to help family financially for support due to the fact both parents will have to take time off work. Family is in the process of getting tested to see if anyone is a match to donate.  We are so thankful for the prayers, phone calls and text!
