Help Jasper, our fired lead union organizer!

Hi, my name is Ronan Hawley and I am a partner at the Unionized Starbucks on 55th and Woodlawn in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Recently Jasper, our lead union organizer, was illegally separated from our store. Our store manager did not respect the invoking of his Weingarten rights and continued with the separation without any union representation present. Jasper is one of the main openers at our store, and currently attends Arizona State University and thus relies on Starbucks not just for income but for tuition and the health insurance benefits he needs as a trans partner. Any and all donations are much appreciated while we fight against thus unjust, illegal, and blatantly retaliatory action.
