Jason's Heart Journey- Transplant

Jason and his parents, Mary and Anthony, are some of the most generous and thoughtful people I know and now it's our turn to help them! Jason (aka Baby Jason) was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome HLHS (He is living with 1/2 of a functioning heart) and truly is a walking miracle. 
On Tuesday, November 7th, Mary and Anthony got the devistating news that Jason's heart is much sicken then expected or anyone knew and that it is now time to start the organ transplant process.  Shock is an understatement for all of those who know this bubbly, outgoing, happy 6 year old boy.  Please go to Jason's page to read more of his story and to follow updates.
