If you don't know already, I have Stage 3 Advanced Colorectal Cancer. Its a serious thing, and seriously sucks, but... FUK Cancer! I'm beating it as we speak, and with your help, I will definitely|completely eliminate it from my system.
For those that know me, you know that my desire to create is strong. You know the countless hours I will spend and have spent creating Art for both myself and others, both professionally and as a hobby. From Brands, Logos, Sites, to Music, Beats and Lyrics, producing quality content is my passion.
Sadly, the process of creation is an arduous one. Many "seated" or "still" hours are necessary to create each individual project I commit to. The Cancer has temporarily ruined my capacity to "sit still" for those multiple hours required. Inevitably, I've had to reduce my work hours and workload drammatically. I know right!? A literal pain in the ass...
Instead of wallowing in sorrow and sitting back(which actually hurts.lol) forcing Joanna(my beautiful, loving, caring, hardworking partner) to support my Vancouver Lifestyle,lol, or jumping on the "Gov't Assistance" train, I've made the choice to pursue projects and endeavors that are more condusive to my Current Health Situation. Projects that stimulate joy and grant me some of the same feelings I got from creating beautiful things. Why? Because, I am a man of purpose, and a man of his own will and hardwork.
However, I need help right now... Not help to "coast" through this painstaking process on the dry decks of other peoples efforts, but the help to build my own boat to make my own way to the shores of happiness. Raising a child with a hectic schedule of Radiation and Chemo and an upcoming surgery to prepare for is somewhat difficult and the value of being home with him is high. Not as high as the cost of daycare, but it's high.
Hence, Jlee's FUK CANCER Fund...
I applied for the Lisence to Grow Marijuana and was technically Approved by Health Canada. It means, I have been given the permission to legally grow the magical herb that is currently helping me cope and recover. I solely need to wait until the documentation arrives to Officially start growing.
My plan is to convert my home office into a High Quality Marijuana GrowOp until Joanna and I move into a home suitable to expand(or until I no longer need to grow weed because I beat the SH%T out of Cancer. Whichever comes first) I have the knowledge, experience, and now, authority to do it legally and properly. All I'm missing is the Equipment...
