Jason has been the sole caregiver for his children: Tristan (14), Morgan (13), and Dawson (12). Together, they cherished weekends filled with hiking, biking, and exploring the mountains—creating memories rooted in their shared love for the outdoors.

<div>ALS is a relentless and progressive disease that gradually impairs muscle function, affecting mobility, speech, and eventually the ability to breathe. As Jay's condition progresses, he is no longer able to work. His only source of income—medical Employment Insurance (EI)—is nearing its end, and with no other financial resources in place.
