<div>I’m excited to share that I’ll be returning to Guatemala this October as a volunteer with the <a href="https://www.globalhealthworksfoundation.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>G</strong>lobal <strong>H</strong>ealthworks<strong> F</strong>oundation</a> (GHF)—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free integrative healthcare services to underserved communities. This mission builds on the incredible outreach I participated in this past March, which was both humbling and deeply rewarding.

<div>GHF delivers acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, herbal medicine, energy healing, trauma-informed support, and more—entirely free of charge—and mentors local health promoters so the impact continues after we leave. In October, I’ll again join a dedicated team serving indigenous patients who live in rural villages throughout the Quiché and Chichicastenango regions. Our hub clinics typically care for 150–200 patients per day.

<div>This time, I’m not fundraising for my travel. I’m covering my own airfare and lodging so that 100% of your support can go directly to stocking our clinics—sterile needles and first-aid supplies, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, and other essentials we use every day to treat patients safely and effectively.
