Many of you know Jay as a loving father, husband, or coach. He has likely touched your life with his loving spirit, humor or generosity. This weekend Jay was taken to the hospital and rushed into surgery for a ruptured brain aneurysm. He is currently in the ICU where he will remain for at least a couple of weeks. He is stable, but the coming days are critical. Please consider supporting his wife Alicia, and his three kids Payton, Christian and Taya, in what will be an uphill battle both emotionally and financially.
