My husband and I were driving on 465 when a stray bullet went throw the side of the vehicle striking my husband the driver of the vehicle in the back of the neck. The bullet hit 3 of his vertebrae, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. He is still in critical condition. Asking for some help for the family as he is no longer able to work and has a long road for recovery ahead of him. Anything helps.
