Jason & Adrianna Adopting a Baby!

My sister Adrianna and her husband Jason have been married for almost 12 years. They have always wanted to adopt and had an open home study in Pennsylvania for more than three years without placement. They are finally in a position to adopt again! Someone they know wants them to adopt a baby who may be coming right now out of state. They do not have enough vacation time to go out of state while all the paperwork and home study is being processed and need to make sure their bills are being paid as well as any other expenses during the adoption process. Any help would be greatly appreciated. They are so excited to have the opportunity to be blessed and become parents.
