Jasmine had been trying to extend kindness and offer shelter to a friend in need, but tragically, this act of compassion turned into a nightmare.

<div>After trying to provide a safe space, Jasmine asked this individual to leave due to disrespectful behavior in her home. In retaliation, her so-called friend violently attacked her, throwing a harshly mixed chemical substance directly onto her face, neck, back, arms, and right leg. As a result, Jasmine has sustained severe burns to these areas, including damage to her eyesight, and faces a long, painful road to recovery.

<div>This senseless act of violence has not only caused Jasmine excruciating physical pain but has also put an immense strain on her ability to care for her precious 4-year-old son, Ace. She is now in urgent need of medical treatment, including surgeries, ongoing wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation. <strong>Jasmine will be unable to work for an extended period while she recovers, and her family’s financial stability is at risk.</strong>
