Jasmine's USA Tour with AYPAT Team

43 young performers from the Australian Youth Performing Arts Team will be traveling to the USA in January 2024.

These young performers will be performing in Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, at the world renowned Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, where they have been selected as one of 4 groups to showcase their work in front of 6,000 performers from around the USA, and then they will be training with some of the top Directors, Musical Directors, Choreographers and Performers in New York City.

The Australian Youth Performing Arts Team has been on 5 previous International Tours, and has blown away audiences and producers alike.

Each performer has had to either audition for the company, or be invited from a previous performance, to gain the highly sought after position they have on this tour!

This tour brings some of the biggest performing opportunities to date for them all.

The performers begin rehearsals in July 2023 and will work towards their performances right through to the day before we leave for the tour.

They will be performing in dance, voice and acting and will be expected to act in a professional manner the whole time we are away as they will be ambassadors for Australia.

Each performer will have tour costs of around $13,000 including uniforms and costume/props costs. This cost will cover their airfare, accommodation, performance costs and travel in the three US States we are visiting. They will also have to cover their food and spending money while away.
