I am posting this for some friends of mine who are going through the worst thing any parent could go through.
A senseless tragedy. Their son, 29 years old Jaris was at a gas station with 3 other guys, when a car pulled up and 3 men jumped out and started shooting, Hitting all 4 men and fatally shooting Jarvis. His Father who lives a block from the gas station heard the shoots. My heart goes out to you both George and Lisa as well as you whole family.

It is with deep sorrow I announce the passing of George and Lisa Belle’s oldest son, Jarvis. Jarvis was tragically shot and killed last night at a gas station in the Brookland area of Northeast Washington, D.C.. Police are still looking for the suspects. Please keep the Belle Family in your thoughts and prayers during this time of loss. I will pass along funeral arrangements when available.
