Jarrett's house got trashed

So as many of you probably know, Jarrett had renters squatting in his home for 3+ months. Not only do they still owe him $1800 that he will have to take them to court for, they also left his home in a complete mess when they moved out this past week. There is extensive water damage to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom floors, walls and baseboards. All of the floors including the wood framing underneath and subfloor will need to be torn out and replaced . There are holes punched in some of the brand new doors , countertops are chipped and all of the brand new blinds have been ruined. Jarrett worked for months last summer to improve his home so it would be ready to sell. As the house didn't sell right away, he chose to rent it out to a family that gave the impression that they were down on their luck and wanted to provide a good home for their children.
The insurance company cannot prove that this was intentionally done so there will be little or no coverage which means it's up to Jarrett to pay for repairs. We all know that he is the first one to help his friends yet Jarrett would never ask for help. He will probably be mad at me if he finds out about this so shhhh ! Seriously anything would help !! Even if you could just come to the house and help with some work we would appreciate it soooooo much !!! Thanks guys
