Please help my friend who has stage IV terminal bowel cancer!

I am sorry to ask for your help for my close friend and the tragic turn that his life has taken.
For a very long time my friend has been reluctant to agree to this request however things have reached a point where he has no other options. You will begin to understand the gravity of the situation as you continue to read.
Jarred who is only 45 years old, has been a happy, energetic, strong Christian, living the Aussie dream with his amazing wife and, after 17 years of marriage, two cute baby-girls aged 1 and 3.
He has been a loving father to his two princesses giving them all the love that a new daddy was able to give. Not only did he work hard to provide for the future of his family, in his spare time he also gave back to the community.
It was as his family was just beginning, he was diagnosed with stage II bowel cancer.
As a result Jarred has changed his lifestyle significantly in an effort to give his body the best chance to fight this terrible disease.
After one year of battling his cancer with chemo and surgery to remove the tumor, he has finally reached the point where all his strength is spent and he is discouraged.
He has just been told by his leading Oncologists that his cancer has spread from his bowls to his lungs changing now the severity of his cancer to a stage IV bowel cancer and that chemotherapy will only offer him no more than 12 to 18 months of life.
When he heard this news he finally realised that he is running out of time and has agreed to allow me to ask for your help in the hope that he may be able to see his two little girls grow up.
His wife has refused to accept the conclusion of his oncologist and has been studying treatments outside the scope of public hospitals and those covered by insurance.
She has found a combination of treatments that are supported not only by clinical reports and by professionals, incl. Professors from Melbourne and Germany and testimonies of thousands worldwide but also by reputable and well known hospitals; and she has grounded her hope in the treatments they promote.
Due to the chemotherapy and several surgeries over the past year neither Jarred nor his wife (who has had to look after her husband taking him to doctors and treatments whilst looking after their 2 babies) have been able to work much, which means their income has been greatly reduced, while his medical costs have now tripled and taking into consideration their families living expenses they find themselves in a situation where their funds are exhausted and they urgently need our help so that they can pay for those lifesaving treatments.
The testimonies regarding those treatments are so convincing that Jarred is now hopeful that he will be able to be cured.
But they just can't afford those treatments unless we all help together.
Your donations will be used to pay for those treatments such as:
high dose ozone therapy
hyperthermia (full body as well as specifically targeting the lung)
high dose vitamin C and vitamin D3
Just to mention a few.
The estimated cost for the above treatments at this stage are $40-50 000. However depending on how well Jarred's body reacts to them, he might need more rounds which is why at this stage we have put the goal up to $65 000.
It is very important to start those treatments now before the cancer spreads even more. Any donation will help towards paying for the treatments which are not covered by the health insurance.
