<div>He is survived by his Wife, adopted daughter and family.

<div>If you know Jarett, you know that he has been through a lot in his time.

<div>He has died several times, and he has had a kidney transplant, and has overcome much adversity in his life.

<div>He was a selfless, caring, grateful, person.
</div>
<div>I had many discussions with him, where he had tears in his eyes, because he was grateful for his life, and his family.
</div>
<div>His wife, and adopted daughter, are having to adjust to life without him.
</div>
<div>Funerals are very expensive, and I want nothing but the best for him so I am asking all of you, as well as myself, to donate what you can so we can give him the sendoff he deserves, and take this burden off the family.
</div>
<div>I love you, my brother, and I hope you know you are  greatly loved by your family and friends.
</div>
<div>Jarett is loved and I am grateful to call him my friend.
