私たちが次世代に伝えたいこと − それは日本文化。
コミュニティが一丸となって作りあげる祭り。
それは、ボストンに対する感謝の気持ちです。
私達は、この祭りがニューイングランドにおける日本文化の発信源となること、
日本に行かずに、ボストンで日本文化を存分に体験できることを目指しています。
そして、１００年後にも子どもたちが「地元の祭り」と呼べる祭りになることを信じ頑張っています。
しかし、私たちの力だけではこの目標は達成できません。
みなさんと一緒に作り上げていきたいのです。
今年のJapan Festival Bostonが成功するよう是非ご協力をお願いしま す。
主催のJREX は米国政府認定の非営利団体です。
ご献金は全て免税対象になります。また、頂いた寄付は全て祭り開催に使われます。収支報告は祭り開催後にホームページ (http://japanfestivalboston.org)上に公開されます。
Japan Festival Boston has three simple goals- to introduce japanese festival culture, to foster and encourage a sense of community between Japanese and American communities in the Boston Area, and to show gratitude and love towards the city of Boston.
Our sincere hope is that Japan Festival Boston will grow and be recognized not only by our local communities, but internationally as well. Not everyone has the chance to visit and experience a Matsuri in Japan, but that doesn’t have to stop anyone from experiencing our culture. We cannot achieve this goal without your help. Please join our crowdfunding campaign and contribute whatever you can to help keep this tradition alive for future generations, and to create a festival our children and grandchildren can call a “Jimoto no matsuri”, or “hometown festival”. Your generous donation will help support the cost of our festival.
JREX who is sponsoring this event is 501(c)3 Not for Profit Organization. All donations are tax-exempt and 100% tax-deductible. All donations will be used in running the event.
