Funeral Cost for Janise Gonzalez, JROTC,young mom

Donation protected
On May 9th, while going home from work, Janise "Niecy" Gonzalez was tragically killed in a motor vehicle accident. To say our life is shattered is an understatement. We are crushed. For anyone that knew Janise, you can relate to how she delivered the vibe of " Sunshine and Butterflies" wherever she went. She was all that was good in the world. She gave everything to everyone. She made our life better. We are broken. We will never be the same. We have lost our sister, a mother, a daughter, a best friend.
One of her proudest accomplishments from highschool, that she would speak of often, was her time in the JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps). Her experience would shape her character and her drive. It truly instilled a value of citizenship and emphasized the importance of service to country and to others. Her plan after highschool was to join the military, however God had other plans and she took on the sacred responsibility of becoming a mother.
She was radiant, self confident, and a devoted mother to her 5 year old daughter, London. As a single mother, Janise worked tirelessly to create a warm, loving and secure environment for London. Her favorite thing in the world was to spend time at the beach with her, appreciating the world around her- seeing the beauty through her daughter's eyes.
A manager at McDonald's, Janise was working her way up to create financial stability in her life. She was so driven to provide all that her baby girl needed- it was her dream in life for London to go to college.
Never in a million years did we think we would be here now. We are faced with final arrangement costs as well as caring for London. We humbly ask for donations so that we can honor Janise and tend to caring for her daughter. All funds that are donated will go towards Janise's final arrangements, transport to her final resting place and memorial services. Any left over donations will be put in a trust for London so that Janise's greatest wish will be realized- a college education for her baby girl. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of us during this unimaginable time. Please keep our family in your prayers as we navigate the most traumatic moment of our lives.
All donations will go directly to Cheryl Aviles, our mother. No amount is too small and every donation, good thought and prayers is so appreciated.
