This lovely lady Janine, so full of fun, energy and a real zest for living tragically lost her life on Saturday 12th September. We just can not believe it.
Janine came to La Florida to live permanently and fulfil her dreams of starting a new life. She was a kind, compassionate woman with a huge heart and had just began to settle into her new career in palliative care. She was half way through the process of applying for residency and was looking forward to spending many more years in La Florida.
Janie’s family are in the UK and like all of us , things are difficult in the current global situation. We would like to bring Janine’s family here to Spain and hold her cremation locally. To do this we are asking for your support, If you can donate any amount, no matter how small, this will all go towards the cost of the this and a memorial service back in the UK in the city if York. The total cost is estimated at approx 4K. Thanks in advance for your support from all here friends here in Spain, her family and friends in the UK
