July 1, 2017: Please keep me in your prayers. I had been laying down and just walked back in the living room. God was with me. Thank you God for being with me. My bedroom and part of my living room is gone. And I can't find JJ. He was in the bedroom. Prayers please. I can't stay here now they said. (JJ has been found, thankfully)
July 4, :I will try to make this short but you know me. So my sister Shirley bought me a generator today and the electrician came and up and going for me. So I am limited to what I can do and for how long. But at least I can stay home until we find out what the insurance is going to do. We didn't have a lot of coverage so it depends on whether they total it or say it can be fixed. It did so much structural damage and the whole roof will have to be replaced. Plus the whole bedroom and part of the living room. This will be very expensive so as of now I don't know what we can or can't do. I want to save my home if at all possible but I just don't know yet if we can. It takes money and believe me this is major damage. I'm tired and my nerves are shot but it will get better. Thank all of you for caring and sharing and for all the offers for help and for giving me a place to stay. I appreciate you more than you know. For now I'm still here. I just don't know what's going to happen. Love you all dearly and I hope you have a happy and safe July 4th.
