Janice's theraputic bed fund

Hello Friends and Family,
Many of you are aware that our sister, mother, wife and friend Janice Harpaul has been battling Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer for more than 3 years. Last year, after several months of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, the cancer came back, and has spread to her clavicle, spine, hip, pelvis and arms. In the last year, Janice has undergone aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatments and has been in chronic, severe pain; having to stay in bed most of the time.

In order to improve Janice’s comfort the doctor has recommended a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed to assist with circulation, prevent bed sores, and enable the optimal comfort and rest for Janice. Sleeping in an elevated position is also needed to assist with breathing due to limited lung capacity and to ease her pain. Additionally, Janice, has been able to spend important quality time with her children Joaquin and Xia, while watching movies together, and listening to her husband Jamal snore after a long day.

The exorbitant medical bills that have been incurred during Janice and her family's ongoing battle with cancer have made it impossible to purchase this bed for Janice. We are asking our friends and family to help us purchase this adjustable bed to keep Janice as comfortable as possible and able to bond with her family while she continues to fight this disease.
