Janice Diaz Breast Cancer Fund

My very dear friend Janice Diaz was diagnosed with early stage 1, potentially 2,  grade 3 , breast cancer on October 11,  2017. She was recently informed that she would need to have a bilateral mastectomy due to the positive testing of a BRCA 1 gene mutation. She will also be undergoing chemo and radiation. With all of this she will have a loss of compensation from being off of work. 

Janice is a single mother to a beautiful teenage  daughter Lauren, who she gives her all to everyday. When Janice is not busy with Lauren, she has two dogs she puts a lot of energy towards as well. One dog is a rescue, which she rescued right before he was going to be euthanized. Janice has become an advocate for dog rescue and helping to spread the word.

Janice is a selfless person who is caring and always willing to help in any way and anyone, and this is why I want to help her. It’s no secret the amount of money that cancer treatment costs and of course any amount will be a blessing to help with this burden.  She is a strong woman and I know she will fight this not only for her, but also for Lauren. Family and friends are praying for Janice and we know she is going to beat this!
