GOOD DEEDS, HELP FRIENDS IN NEED :)
At the time of a tragedy people often say “let me know if there’s anything I can do to help” well, there is something you can do to help our friend Janet Natalello (Wozniak) by donating to the Go Fund Me page.
Janet had a pretty serious accident. She fell down a flight of stairs on February 19th and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and has been in ICU with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI); she’s also paralyzed on her right side and broke a few ribs, causing her some pain. Her daughter Lea came in from Seattle, WA to be with her and is trying to sort out all the details. Due to the seriousness of Janet’s injuries, Lea is requesting NO visitors at this time. Janet needs to remain “calm” and “quiet” so having people visit would cause more harm than good. Lea will let us know when we can go visit our friend, hopefully soon!
Janet’s doctors say “she's moving in the right direction” and there has been NO additional bleeding or swelling in her brain. Janet is talking and making sense but she hasn’t had any movement in her right side thus far; the doctors are hopeful that as the swelling lessens, she will regain movement and normal brain function.
Please say a prayer for Janet, for a full recovery. If you would like to help our friend, please make a donation. Any amount would be appreciated and the money will go towards Janet’s medical bills (not covered by her insurance); physical therapy that will be necessary in the future and since she will most likely be out of work for quite a while, her regular bills will add up quickly.
Just for transparency: there is a 2.9% fee (plus .30 cents) on each donation. If you donate $25 about $24 goes to Janet; if you donate $50, about $48 goes to her, and so on. The money raised will be transferred to Lea’s and Janet’s joint bank account. Thank you for taking the time to read this story and making a donation.
