Janet London
How much can one human being bear? Our dear friend Janet London already suffered a string of life changing losses this year. Her husband Buzz died after a long struggle with lung cancer, her mother passed away, and she had to put her beloved dog Poppy down.
On September 8th, Janet experienced yet another unimaginable loss. Her house in Talent burned to the ground in the Almeda fire. Janet was given ten minutes to evacuate - she escaped with her precious canine companion Cody, and a dress on her back.
Janet may never be able to replace the exact house she and Buzz bought together a couple of years ago, nor the items holding sentimental value – her art and paintings, the photographs, family mementos. But she has us, her family and a community of friends.
If you have the means, please offer whatever financial support you can to keep her afloat while she waits to sort out things with her insurance company. Janet desperately needs our help!
