Jane’s Path to Healing

2/15/19

We have decided to revitalize our site.  We are reaching out again because Jane’s situation has changed.  Here is a summary:

As most of you know, Jane made the difficult decision to start chemo in October.  In late December Dr. Patel announced a significant drop in cancer markers much to our delight. Yay! But then shortly after that a medical emergency arose with the colostomy and a hernia. Enter surgery on January 2 to completely redo the colostomy. Ugh. Much pain followed and missed sessions of chemo. And another hospitalization. Many antibiotics later went home with antibiotics and still rising temps. Once quitting the antibiotics altogether temps returned to normal but now a great deal of intestinal disrepair. She had lost another 10 lbs. putting her around 40 lbs underweight with digestive pain, not knowing what She could eat without creating distress. With help discovered practices and tools that ameliorated enough so that she could eat. So have gained back some. Hooray. Still there is pain and supplements needed to heal damage to the gut, getting her weight up, which will assist her in continuing to tolerate and benefit from chemo. Back on chemo for several weeks and handling it fairly well. Dr. Patel reported that the cancer/tumors and markers had diminished significantly.  We are now very close to remission.  Wanting to keep the momentum going we are focusing on repairing the gut and immune system with the help of supplements, definitely wanting to hold our ground and build on it for the continuing demands of chemo.

The cost of the supplements, which of course are not covered by health insurance, is averages about $200 per month.  The cost of the nongeneric drugs recommended going forward are cost prohibitive, so researching other insurance plans while being able to afford the supplements is the current challenge. The approximate expense to us for those medications is about $270 per month.

The other complicating condition for Jane is her lifelong struggle with scoliosis.  With her lack of ability to be as physically active as she once was and the effects of chemo on ligaments, etc, the pain from this condition has worsened.  The treatment for that condition can run into additional costs through chiropractic care. The out of pocket costs of this is about $200 per month.

The total out of pocket costs for the things that help to maintain Jane’s digestive health, back health and copay for the drug that helps her to avoid deadly blood clots is about  $670 per month or an additional @$8000 per year.  As the cancer numbers continue to decline, the supplements, medications and chiropractic care make it possible for her to continue to benefit from the chemotherapy.

Jane says she is feeling encouraged by the current progress.  So we are renewing this site to raise funds for Jane to continue to benefit from ancillary treatments.

Zigging and zagging though it may be. She is deeply appreciative of all the help and support and loving you all. She is wishing you each a wonderful 2019!!!! With the deepest gratitude.

from Jane:

❤️❣️

Ode to myself

Beautiful spirit with a kiss and a song
Awakens you now from a sleep far so long
Touching upon a love running deep
Heretofore hidden neath a rubbishy heap
Unstacking the heap with all their defenses
Brings many realizations in taking the census.
One step at a time I swear I’ll get there
With commitment and prayer I won’t need airfare.
It’s all about effort I’m worth it. I matter I do.
And spirit is freed saying to untruths tootle oo.
Just watch me continue as consciousness grows
And Soul’s truths come out that my Higher Self sows.

1/2/2019. . A quick update on Jane. Her stoma had a hernia on the stoma and the stoma had grown very large and the waste flow was sporadic. Through a visit to the ER last week we connected to a knowledgeable Dr and he was concerned and decided to operate and revise it. The surgery was today and Jane is home and recuperating. She will get back on track with chemo next week and her cancer markers are on a downward trajectory. She continues with great courage and the help of the iMRS 2000 down the zigzag path of healing.

Happy New Year to all!

11/25/18  Hello to everyone. An update on progress and there has been some. The chemotherapy is working as of last blood test! Hooray! Cancer markers down 70 points with a distance to go. This week will be the 5th chemo treatment. So far my body seems to be handling these quite well.

I am getting stronger. Able to walk around the house or outside with a walker for 20 minutes at a time. The 40 odd pounds of water that I’m carrying due to the blood clot is no longer “weeping” a sign of progress. As of now this weight makes it impossible to stand on my own, but leg strengthening exercises seem to be working to reverse that. Once up I’m able to move around the kitchen and fix some of my meals and even clean up after myself. A victory! Then off to rest.

I use the iMRS 2000 every day on gentle settings and can feel the results in terms of energy. I’m not at all sure what the body is experiencing in terms of overall results. That part I turn over to the Higher Power.

I have been doing soul searching on the message this cancer is sending. It has come to me in the most meaningful way that I matter!  I am practicing the love of myself first and foremost and serve the agendas of my higher self standing firm in my own Truth setting boundaries as needed. As part of that I am apprehending and transmuting negative beliefs I am reversing habits of trying to fit in with others to asking myself what do I want for my highest good in this moment.

I can’t thank you enough for your support without which I wouldn’t have been able to progress to this level. There were a series of crises at each point of which I had to decide whether I wanted to live or die. With your love and support you have validated my decisions. It has deeply touched my heart and affirmed that the Fabric of the universe is indeed made of Love.

Jane is working hard to recover from the cancer damage to her body system and the chemo treatments which are very intense. She is using the natural tools in her tool kit to augment all the wonderful help she is receiving from the medical community to help her heal! It’s a tough rodeo but she is one tough and courageous lady! Thank you so much for all your ❤️ love, support and healing thoughts and prayers! She has a fabulous support system and it means the world to us! Muchas Gracias! It is helping her understand how very lovable she really is!♥️♥️

My original ovarian cancer diagnosis was 4 years ago. Between surgery and chemotherapy the cancer was arrested until the recent reoccurrence of an aggressive form in July of this year.
In the intervening time between then and now the fallout from the chemotherapy took a tremendous toll on my body.  Being quite certain that my body will not tolerate the toxicity of that treatment again I have undertaken extensive research.

Despite the scary diagnosis, I have found documented alternatives that build the immune system and otherwise strengthen the body’s amazing healing powers with complications such as mine. From that I was inspired to move forward with a rigorous program designed to help me sustain a vibrant quality of life, while offering a powerful path to healing.

A recent move has given George and I the wonderful gift of being able to provide child care to our 3 year old grandson, Gus, and the great privilege of growing ever closer to his parents, Brennan and Erin. Between our two sons, their wives, our 7 grandchildren, and our dear friends and cousins, the future has never looked so bright. Moving forward in a treatment program has never felt so right.

WHAT ARE THESE “ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF TREATMENT”?

The treatments would include:
1. Radical diet change
2. IV treatments of Vitamin C and Glutathione
3. Energetic medical interventions.

As you may know, none of this is covered by Medicare or my supplemental plan. The costs of this treatment over the course of a year would be $20,000.  I would be very glad to speak personally to anyone wishing to know more about this process.

If you decide to help with any kind of offering, your gesture would be held in my heart with the deepest gratitude and the inspiration that comes from knowing you are with me in this life giving aspiration.  Whether or not you are able to contribute financially, you all are dear to my heart as I reflect on my good fortune to have you in my life.  That in itself gives energy to my efforts.  Thank you so much, Jane
