Jane LeBlanc Legacy Fund Fundraiser

The Jane LeBlanc (JL) Legacy Fund has begun its annual Fundraising Drive for 2024. The Fund could not do its important work supporting creative artists without our generous sponsors and supporters. Any contribution is appreciated, no matter how modest the amount.

We profile our sponsors continuously; they are essential to our continued success story. In addition, 100% of the sponsorship monies go into the creative community through our creative awards decided by peer juries.

With the JL Legacy Fund's designation as an incorporated non-profit multidisciplinary arts support organization, the Fund can now apply for core funding provincially and nationally by 2025 for its ongoing programs and activities, solidifying its stability long-term.

Why sponsor? Sponsor to be a part of an exciting organization that never stops working to champion the creative community. In only its fourth year of operation, the (JL) Legacy Fund has 24 cash awards in different creative disciplines including Atlantic awards, a new provincial pilot mentorship engagement program, and other ongoing activities supporting creatives in multiple artistic fields as well as the JL Legacy Fund Creative Podcast, which focuses on Fund sponsors, supporters, award-winners, mentors, and jury members.

The JL Legacy Fund is in memory of artist and adventurer Janey LeBlanc, who died of brain cancer in 2010.
