Jancarlos Serrano Medical

Jancarlos is 22 years old and last February was diagnosed with Severe Congestive Heart Failure and his heart function is at 10%. Due his condition he has been hospitalized several times and he needs treatments also he needs to wear a life vest and without medical insurance is very hard for us because the bill keep growing and growing. Right now Jan is not able to work because of his condition and is going to take 6 month to a year.
