Tori Pflibsen, Luke Roberts + Maggie Brust here, writing to you about our (super cool, smart, funny, beautiful, spontaneous, recently 30 year old) cousin Jamie , daughter of our Uncle Neal + Aunt Janine Pflibsen, wife of TC, mother of Carson, Cortland, + Baby Cam.
Our cousin Jamie noticed shortness of breath and a frustrating cough around December of 2016. While she was pregnant with her third bundle of joy (Baby Cam), none of her doctors felt comfortable running tests, so it was something she just simply became accustomed to. After happy + healthy Cam was born, Jamie decided to get some tests done. Her CT test showed a large mass that had surrounded and completely shut down her left lung, along with surrounding her heart. After multiple tests + surgeries, Jamie has officially been diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma and has started her journey with chemotherapy while she waits for her next move.
Her husband TC + parents are working hard to provide Jamie and her three amazing kiddos, with everything they need, emotionally, physically, and monitarily, but we all know how quickly medical bills, specifically cancer related ones, add up.
Our Floridian family would never ask for any handouts, and we respect them for that, infact, they have only asked for prayers + positive thoughts, but if you have anything at all to send their way, just know they (and the entire Pflibsen clan) would appreciate it more than words could even say.
