Medical Expenses For James DeLaVega

A few months ago, James De La Vega was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis. He has taken a turn for the worst and is need of a double lung transplant. The medical expenses for this type of surgery are very expensive and our family is asking from the bottom of our hearts for your help.
