James' & Matt's Mission to Mexico

As many of you know James started sixth grade this year at Neighborhood Christian School in Dixon.  One of the things that the 6th grade class gets to do is a mission trip to Mexico. James and I have been excited about this mission trip since James was in Kindergarten. Our trip dates are March 10-16, 2018 and we will be staying at a YWAM (Youth With A Mission) base in Ensenada, Mexico. We will be doing fellowship, outreach and most importantly ministering with the Mexican people and children in Mexican villages.  In class we are learning Spanish and about Mexican culture and preparing for the trip.  We hope to learn a lot from this trip as well as be a blessing to others.  


I ask you to pray for James, his classmates and me.  Please pray for our flight down to San Diego, our drive to Ensenada, and for our health and safety throughout the week. In order to help us gain experience as a missionary, each of us is being asked to raise our own funds to cover the cost of the trip.  If you would like to help out financially, we would really appreciate it.  All donations will go to help cover the cost of the mission for James and myself and all donations are tax deductible.  Thank you very much.
