Jamee’s Journey to Recovery
We never know when life will throw us a curve ball. Jamee Lorfing has been dealt one but will be fighting to hit it out of the park. She was in an accident and was life flighted to a hospital near to where she was celebrating the holiday weekend with her family and friends. She has made amazing progress already and has surpassed some original prognosis she was dealt. She was in the ICU for several days. She is and will still be in the hospital for several more days before getting transferred to an inpatient rehab facility that will most likely be out of state. In addition to her other injuries that she’s recovering from she needs the rehab for stroke side effects that has limited her motor skills. She has made some positive progress already in the last few days so we are praying she keeps moving forward and stealing bases. Please continue to pray for Jamee and her family! There’s been an outpouring of people wanting to help out so that’s why this was created. All donations will go directly to her husband to help with medical and travel expenses, etc.
Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
