<div>Hi, my name is Ja’Mariion “JD” Palm many may not know that in August of 2022 I was diagnosed with FSGS which is a rare Chronic Kidney Disease. Getting that news really was an hurtful feeling knowing what my grandmother had to endure with this same disease was heartbreaking. I am a 17 year old inspiring basketball player and have to take my Jr year off  from basketball until I can receive an kidney transplant. I’ve recently had surgery to have an Pd catheter put in do to having to be put on dialysis in the next month or so. With medical expenses and travel expenses for doctors appointments and being raised by a single mother times have gotten hard. If you feel the gratitude to give anything to help it will be gladly appreciated, nothing is too small. I hope to in the future be able to help others in the same situation as me. Thank you!
