Jake's medical costs

Without going into too great of detail, Jake got into a bad wreck tonight and is in the hospital with multiple broken bones and cuts that are going to require surgery and could be hospitalized for up to 2 weeks. If anyone knows Jake, they know he's life of the party! Let's all help bring him back with as little pain as possible. No amount is too small! We love you brother!
