Jake Schipper's Cancer Come back

Jake was diagnosed with Soft Tissue Sarcoma last year, a very rare aggressive form of cancer. Jake is a husband and an amazing father to a little boy and girl. He was just admitted back into the hospital, undergoing emergency surgeries and treatments. Of course all of this and the outrageous medical bills are taking a toll on the family. Lets try and make this holiday season special and give this family the help they deserve.
